Preserve character and charm
At M T Daniels Ltd, we are a team of fully qualified and skilled heritage joiners.
We undertake heavy structural repair work to listed buildings, whether it be a period property in a conservation area or a public building with significant history such as a quaint chapel.

What We Can Do
Our listed building refurbishment service includes carrying out sympathetic repairs to preserve wooden sash windows, doors, floors, beams, staircases and other pieces of architectural joinery.
We hold membership with TRADA and understand the significance of quality. Sometimes, it will be necessary to submit a listed building consent application.
Full drawings must be submitted with the application and we can put you in touch with an architect should you require.
Heritage Joinery
Heritage joinery is both technical and detailed and there is specific legislation concerning the repair of buildings of special architectural or historic interest.
Listed properties are graded and protected according to their architectural significance and recorded on the National Heritage List.
Only essential refurbishments should be carried out to make failing elements sound and capable of continuing to fulfil their intended functions.
Preserve Character & Charm
The focus of our work is to preserve character and charm by replacing or restoring any ancient woodwork like-for-like.
Through careful planning and using a blend of traditional and modern joinery methods, we make each project appear effortless as we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of heritage and conservation joinery.
